What we will seek to achieve in the sale of your home
- Setting the price based on neighborhood comparables (both sold and currently active)
- Advice on staging your home so it looks its best to potential buyers
- Marketing your home using the best tools available (see examples below)
- Encouraging showing agents to provide comprehensive feedback on showings for your property
- Continual contact and availability from me so that you feel informed at all times
- Negotiation, representation, and personalized advice
- Getting the best possible price for your home
- Weekly phone call and/or email to go over any showing feedback or other questions you may have
- Making any changes that you think are necessary to sell your home (changing price, changing marketing tactics, etc)
- Constant review of current listings to keep track of "competition"
Marketing Strategy
The advertising I will do for your home consists of some traditional marketing strategies as well as heavy internet marketing as well. I do not do print advertising because statistics in recent years have shown this to be largely ineffective for the cost involved and due to declining readership levels (i.e., more people are searching using the internet or drive-bys).
- A custom website for your home with url "www.YourAddressHere.com"
- Featured listing on these websites.
- Common websites that are heavily searched by the public:
- Google marketing example--high visibility based on keyword search (click picture to see example):
- Listing in both MLS's servicing the Colorado Front Range (IRES and MLS). All real estate agents use these two systems to search for homes available to show to potential clients.
- Advertising on Craig's List (http://denver.craigslist.org/rfs/)
- The maximum number of photos allowed in the IRES and MLS (18 total)
- Custom color flyer for your home (click picture to see example):

- Open houses if the neighborhood will support it
